Our Story
Fat Man Bishop's is a locally owned, East Peoria bar with a large variety of beer, lagers, ales, and cordials. Fat Man Bishops opened March 6, 2025 and will feature home-cooked daily specials (Mon - Fri) along with the all day staples such as hamburgers, pizza and more. The kitchen is currently being renovated and is expected to be open by June 1, 2025. Come check out our daily drink specials, happy hours, martinis and speciality drinks!
